among my favorite landmarks along our daily walks . . .

a soundless meditative space, no longer inhabited, as are many out here in the Western Irish countryside
late one night we encountered this lunar looking landscape . . . twilight in Conamara is pure magic
home
the dock at the end of our lane

a fixer for the lucky person who gets fixed

happy purple flowers along the way

. . . and their friends the watchful donkeys . . .

They liked to have their noses rubbed

cows in their living room . . .

alpha cow on an evening walk

tie dyed sheep on the coast road between Ros Muc and Clifden

their owners dye their hair in a specific way to distinguish whose sheep is whose.

along the coast road from Ros Muc to Clifden

with Linda and her cousin Norbert at lunch in Roundstone. . . they treated us to a beautiful ride along the coastal road . . . the visuals were outstanding, as was the fun time we all had.

a working gas pump at Linda's family's pub / gas station / market

the first place we ventured forth on foot where Mark had his unpasteurized Guinness and we first (no, really second!*) met our wonderful lovely friend Linda Bhreathnach . . .

over the rainbow . . .

the best and biggest rainbow I've ever seen . . .

our Macbook Air has been resurrected and I'm back!

beautiful creatures we meditatively shared the elements with on our daily walks. The alpha one always let out with several loud moos.

no photo today

it rained all day . . . beautiful to watch from our cozy house. I did an organizing trade this afternoon with a really nice Irish actress in return for rides to Clifden and Galway . . . a lovely friendship blossomed . . . thank you serendipity!

twilight tonight

the furthest I want to go from here is for a walk

In the driveway. . . after a nice walk
the day we left for Galway . . . it came all too soon.

like she said . . .

larger view of central command

why would we want to leave??? not to mention driving a left handed 6-gear stick shift car down the left
side of verrry narrrrrrrow lanes. oy!

looking out the living room windows . . .

I get out of my chair fairly often and flit from window to window — not to miss the ever changing light show and cloud formations above the bay that cradles us on three sides.

does this count as exercise?
