first class time with second cousins in Manchester ~~~ Somers ~ Cohen ~ Summers

and for hosting a lovely family dinner gathering with Peter and Marilyn and your cousin Lloyd

the kitchen sink inside the manor ~~~ in which lived several generations of English Lords by the name of Egerton. The last one had no heir and gave it to the National Trust in the 1950's. The Egertons were said to be good people, at the cutting edge of the industrial revolution. They were also said to be one of the first families in England to have electricity.  think Downton Abbey
